reflexologyReflexology

Reflexology is an ancient therapy, is the organized, systematic application of pressure to the feet using specific thumb, finger and hand techniques. Reflex areas on the feet relate to different organs in the body. The goal of reflexology is to restore balance to the body, clear stagnant energy, decrease stress and increase relaxation. Debbie completed 200 hours of training and has been a practicing reflexologist since 2002.

Debbie, a Certified Applied Poetry Facilitator, completed the 440-hour training program through the National Association of Poetry Therapy in 2007. Her work in poetry therapy has focused on writing, facilitating workshops and retreats, and teaching poetry in the schools.

Debbie is a member of the Associated Reflexologist of Colorado www.reflexology-colorado.org
